A native of Belém do Pará, but currently living in Florianópolis, it was through Instagram that Daniella revealed the real reason for leaving her previous job. According to the influencer, who has 151 thousand followers, she was subjected to pressure and coercion by her bosses at the company. Daniella claims she was forced to resign because of her other job as an adult content creator.

“I found out that my photos had been leaked by a friend who was also an employee. She messaged me while I was still on vacation. The company only took ‘action’ 16 days after the incident, and no one was penalized, not even the employee who committed the crime. I was called by my boss to talk only 2 days before my vacation ended.”

According to Daniella Motta, the photos were leaked by an employee of the company who signed up for her platforms, took her phone to the company, and showed everyone. She allowed other employees to take photos of all her content, causing it to spread from phone to phone. The superiors of the adult content creator knew from the beginning, but did not take action at the time of the incident. The photos on Daniella Motta’s OF profile were private, and informed copyright, image usage, and leakage prohibitions.

The former boss of the model said that she saw no point in her returning to work there, and that it was her duty to preserve the image of the establishment. “She said that my dismissal would be processed and I would receive my rights, but the next day I received a message from another manager saying that I should return to work, unless I didn’t want to anymore. That is, they were going to force a situation where I would resign and not receive my rights”, Daniella Motta revealed.

“At my old job, I was making around R$1900 reais plus benefits. I was a saleswoman for the company’s digital channel, and also did customer service in store, even though that was not my job”, she said. According to the influencer, she had been suffering for some time from job misplacement and hostility.

In face of the injustice she suffered, Daniella Motta decided to take legal action against the company in question. She filed a lawsuit to contest the coercion and demand that her rights be respected. “Pure prejudice against my lifestyle, they were worried that my life outside the company would be out of sync with the company’s values,” she commented.

The lawsuit is ongoing and Daniella Motta still hopes to be compensated for the damages the forced dismissal inflicted on her by her superiors at her old job. “All people deserve respect and equality in the workplace, right? I hope that is done for me.”

“My choice to pursue this career with adult content creation should not be a reason to treat me with prejudice or coerce me into leaving my conventional job at the company,” she said. Daniella Motta is seeking a constructive dismissal of the employment contract, due to lack of payment of her FGTS for several months, and is also demanding compensation for moral damages. The influencer has the support of a work colleague who also witnessed the incident and encouraged her to take legal action.

“Currently, in the lawsuit I am facing with the company, they claim that I abandoned my post, not that they coerced me into resigning, even though it was in person and without having signed any document. I consider myself to have been fired, and they blame the victim, in this case, me. I felt discriminated against by the boss who fired me. She said that it was my fault that the contents were leaked, that I wanted to expose myself, and that she took no responsibility for the criminal act of her employee during working hours,” Daniella Motta concluded.

After the incident, a fellow employee, the same one who warned the influencer about the content being shared, supported her.
