Kalyssa Alynn started dancing at a very young age, at 14 years old. And his passion for the arts lasted a lifetime. Persistence, perfection and dedication are part of her daily dictionary, and that’s what led her to success in her ‘cheerleader’ career.
“I’ve always been someone who was never content with being ‘just good enough’. Even as a child, I always wanted to be the best in everything I did and I dedicated myself to achieving it”, she says.
This attitude of dedication is a motto she carries in all aspects of her life, both personal and professional. Kalyssa spent a lot of her time taking all kinds of dance classes and workshops, always to be among the best.
In her entire life, there were more than a thousand dance classes, workshops and performances. All this without counting the trainings, almost daily, so that everything came out perfect. And she also took that to other professions she chose to pursue, such as modeling and now DJing.
She always likes to be prepared for everything she does, even if she has to wake up at 6am every day to train. His hectic career got even more so when he got close to a competition. Being prepared was essential and Kalyssa insisted on being always ready.
In addition, when she started working as a model, she divided her time between training, physical preparation and international travel. Even exhausted, she always did her best when it came time for her performance.
And all this effort paid him off. He was ‘Cheerleader’ in the NBA, for the Oklahoma City Thunder Girl, and in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys. In addition to appearing on the covers of the world’s leading swimwear magazines.
“Dance allowed me to be creative and express myself without words. The act of creating movement with music is something surreal and surprising”, he says.

Mas mesmo estando no topo do mundo em sua carreira como dançarina, modelo e DJ, Kalyssa quer mais. Ela sonha em ser dona do próprio negócio e abrir uma empresa de designer de luxo. Para isso, está cursando Arquitetura e Designer de Interiores na UCLA.
“Aprendi que o sacrifício faz parte do sucesso. Por pensar assim, fui capaz de superar todos os desafios físicos e mentais que tive ao longo dos anos. Com isso, tenho certeza de que estou me preparando muito bem para o futuro”, revela a modelo.
Kalyssa sempre teve uma rotina cansativa e maçante, mas que lhe render frutos inesquecíveis. Ela fazia questão de acordar muito cedo para aprimorar sua dança, antes de ir para o treino oficial. Assim conseguir manter o corpo em dia e não perder um treinamento das coreografias.
Mesmo sendo uma carreira que exigia fisicamente de Alynn, ela nunca pensou em desistir. Ela sabe que não será uma carreira longa, por isso, tem se dedicado a outras profissões que possa manter no futuro, como sua nova paixão por discotecar.
“Sempre fui ensinada, desde cedo, a nunca desistir. Tive o apoio de minha família em tudo o que fiz e faço. Sou extremamente competitiva e persistente”, finaliza.
