These storms brought strong winds to the region, along with hail, tornadoes, and torrential rains.
Numerous trees and poles were brought down. According to BGE, more than 99,000 customers were affected by power outages in Maryland. There were over 36,000 interruptions in Carroll County and more than 38,000 in Baltimore County.
