Emergency services, the police, and military personnel arrived at the site of a drone crash in the center of Rostov, across the street from the headquarters of the Southern Military District, a Sputnik correspondent reports.

A state of emergency was declared in the area of the incident, said the governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, on his Telegram channel. Residents were instructed to leave the area.
